I help high-achieving women understand why their body won't slow down — and build the safety to actually let it.

I have spent years as a Registered Nurse — one of the most high-stakes, high-responsibility roles there is. I showed up every day calm, competent, and utterly reliable for my patients. I knew how to hold space for someone in crisis. I knew how to think clearly under pressure. What I didn't know how to do was apply any of that to myself.

The self-doubt. The over-functioning. The feeling that no matter what I achieved, I needed to do more, be more, prove more. I looked like I had it together. I didn't always feel that way. And then I discovered the work that changed everything: nervous system science. Not mindset hacks. Not another productivity framework. The actual biological reason why high-achieving women like me stay stuck in patterns we can't think our way out of.

I learned that what I'd been experiencing wasn't weakness. It wasn't something wrong with me. It was my nervous system — running an old protection pattern on autopilot, long after I'd outgrown the circumstances that created it. That reframe changed my life. And now it's the foundation of every client relationship I hold.

I'm also someone who navigates the world with Multiple Sclerosis, Nervous System Regulation is deeply important to me. What it feels like to work twice as hard just to keep up with a world that wasn't designed for your body. My clients aren't broken. They're running operating systems that were built for survival — and I help them upgrade to something built for life.

My Methods

Most stress approaches target the thinking brain. But chronic stress, self-doubt, and burnout don't live there — they live in the body, in nervous system patterns that formed long before you could name them, and that operate largely below conscious awareness. You can't think your way out of them.

As a Registered Nurse, I was trained in stress physiology, what chronic threat activation actually does to the body over time, and why a nervous system stuck in survival mode cannot simply decide to feel safe. That clinical foundation shapes everything I do as a coach.

Rather than teaching you to manage symptoms, we work to shift the underlying state producing them. The nervous system changes through experience, not insight, through repeated, felt moments of safety that gradually teach your body it's okay to come down from high alert.

This is why the Calm Core Framework addresses five pillars rather than one technique. Regulation is systemic. When sleep, movement, nutrition, connection, and stress reset tools shift together, the change compounds. Each pillar reinforces the others... and the results don't disappear when life gets hard again.

This is not a quick fix. It's a rewire. And rewires last.
